Lemon lot tactics. They add 7-10 grand after MSRP "dealer charge" for new vehicles. Call a surrounding area Toyota Dealer to avoid this absurdity. The advertised price of the car was one number but what ended up in the paperwork was $5000 more. Plus of course the usual fees for warranty tax etc... Have my first negative experience with the Service Deptartment, after 1 1/2 years of exceptional interactions. It has taken nearly a month to get a windshield replacement. My peeve stems from the fact that I paid extra protective costs during my financing of car purchase. I am not able to travel due to this unexplainable mishap. I had an excellent shopping experience earlier this week at Reinhardt Toyota. I talked with Mr. Lawrence Phillips on trading in my vehicle (1999 Toyota Corolla!) for a newer vehicle. He guided me to the new at Reinhardt Toyota. I talked with Mr. Lawrence Phillips on trading in my vehicle (1999 Toyota Corolla!) for a newer vehicle. He guided me to the new vehicles at the dealership that were in my price range. He was very knowledgeable on the vehicles that I was interested in, which helped immensely when it came time to determine my replacement vehicle. Once I made my decision, Mr. Phillips and his team were very helpful in making the process in trading vehicles smooth and informative. My only complaint regarding my service would be that I feel that I wasn't informed of the warranty costs prior to my purchase. While my car decision would've remained the same, I wish that there was more clarity regarding warranty costs prior to purchasing a newer vehicle, especially for someone who has only ever owned used vehicles. Besides that, Toyota Reinhardt has been - and will continue to be - my place to go for Toyota Car Service and Maintenance. More

These was my second purchase from Reinhardt and I traveled from Columbus, Georgia if that says anything. I will definitely recommend Reinhardt to anyone that is looking for a vehicle and will for sure send them to see Mr. Lawrence from the sales department. Thumps up. More
