This is the first time I have had service at this location. It was very easy to make my appointment and both employees I interacted with were professional and friendly. Karsen helped me get in and location. It was very easy to make my appointment and both employees I interacted with were professional and friendly. Karsen helped me get in and out quickly even though I was 15 minutes late for my appointment time. My only suggestion would be to be able to make my appointment using my Toyota app. More

Uriah Brown (salesperson) and Wilkins Pujols (finance) were helpful and patient - clearly committed to helping us get the vehicle and warranty we wanted with a price that fit our budget. The service is less than adequate. They have new technology when you arrive, but no one greets you. They walk past as you sit there. My oil change took 2 1/2 hours. I arrived at 1 pm They have new technology when you arrive, but no one greets you. They walk past as you sit there. My oil change took 2 1/2 hours. I arrived at 1 pm and left after 3:30 pm. The service has decreased in speed and friendliness every time I come. I am considering driving to a different dealership. More
