AWESOME EXPERIENCE. While waiting for Felix to get the keys, his boss Jorge, who also has a warm and friendly smile came over and asked if I had been helped. That was on a Monday and on Tuesday afternoon I went back for a test drive and purchased my dream car. Tyler in finance was a dream to work with also. I cannot say enough great things about Toyota of Montgomery. Over the last 30 years my family have purchased vehicles from Reinhardt Toyota/Lexus and always been treated well, and I can attest that the new owners are Top Notch Quality and treat their customers like family. I have since moved to North Carolina and was here visiting grandchildren and went home with an unexpected purchase of a new 4 Runner all because of the quality salesmanship of Felix, Jorge and Tyler. They have my business and I highly recommend Felix, Jorge, Tyler and Toyota of Montgomery for your automotive needs. You guys ROCK! More
On 3/15/24, I purchased a 2024 Camry from this dealership. I met with Wilkins Pujols to finalize the paperwork. He took what seemed like an hour to prepare the documents claiming he was having d dealership. I met with Wilkins Pujols to finalize the paperwork. He took what seemed like an hour to prepare the documents claiming he was having difficulty with the computer program. He was also attending to personal matters during this time like paying his credit card bill over the phone. Once he had the documents prepared, the process was rushed. He did not explain all the documents. After leaving the dealership, I discovered he had added an extra $6995 of products without telling me. These included a mechanical failure service contract, car care service maintenance plan, and GAP insurance. None of these were mentioned or explained to me. I did not want or need any of these products. I had told the salesman prior to meeting with Wilkins that I did not want GAP insurance or any other extra products. On 3/18/24, I went back to the dealership and met with David Walters who introduced himself as the Director of the Finance Department. I informed him of the situation and that I wanted to cancel the insurance, service plan, and extra warranty. He told me that even though the documents state that they are all cancellable, they're not actually cancellable unless he approves of it. THAT WAS A LIE. If they've done this to you, contact the companies listed on the documents. They will explain to you how to cancel the contracts. It's a hassle, but you can cancel them yourself. You don't need the approval of anyone at the dealership. Don't waste your time going to the dealership. They will only lie, try to intimidate, and be of zero help. David said that he would "review a tape" to determine if I was telling the truth and would call me before the end of the day. THAT WAS A LIE. Three days later, neither he nor anyone else from the dealership has called. David said that there was no rush because I had 6 months to cancel before losing any money. THAT WAS A LIE. They must be canceled within 30 days to get a full refund. I emailed the general manager Jimmy Lagle on 3/19 to inform him of the situation and ask for his help canceling the products. I have not received any response. Evidently, he approves of his employees using deceptive and unethical methods to cheat customers. After reading the other Google reviews, I now know they've been doing this exact same thing to a lot of other people for a while. Toyota of Montgomery posts under these reviews that they sincerely apologize, they value their customers, they're implementing training and procedures to ensure this doesn't happen again, etc. THAT IS A LIE. They're still doing it right now. Apparently, it is official company policy to lie, cheat, and steal and they have no intention of changing it. I'm telling all my friends, family, coworkers, and anyone else who will listen about the horrible experience I've had with these people. They're dishonest, unethical, unprofessional, and completely untrustworthy. I strongly recommend NOT purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I never will again. More

George Mangum is an outstanding sales representative, and absolutely exceeded my expectations. I have previously purchased three other vehicles from Toyota, when it was Reinhardt Toyota, and I am grateful th absolutely exceeded my expectations. I have previously purchased three other vehicles from Toyota, when it was Reinhardt Toyota, and I am grateful that each of my sales experience's have been better than the last. George was patient and courteous as I was admittedly indecisive about my purchase, because there were so many options, and because they are all just simply amazing to drive. At every point in my sale I was encouraged to take my time, and not being pressured or rushed was greatly appreciated. They even delivered it to me at work! If you're in the market for a new or pre-owned Toyota, or any of the huge pre-owned other makes Toyota of Montgomery has on their dealership I cannot recommend George Mangum highly enough! 5 out of 5 stars without a doubt. My experience with Toyota Montgomery was not positive. I have made inquiries about vehicles at this dealership and they have been unwilling to gain me as a valuable customer. I do not think that the sales team at this dealership is interested in making a deal with customers like me but is only interested in overpricing their vehicles to gain a profit in their pocketbook.
