From what I've seen in other negative reviews on DealerRater, my experience with your sales staff was not unusual. High mark-ups and undocumented charges seem to be your normal way of doing business. Reinhardt Toyota's longtime reputation was the main reason I had never previously considered buying a Toyota during my years in Montgomery. I'd hoped your dealership's sales tactics might have changed under new management, but apparently that's not the case. I think my review was sufficiently detailed for you to understand my irritation; nor do I see a way to "turn this situation around" now that I've bought my Prius from another dealership. I've already contacted Toyota about trying to recover at least part of my $1,000 deposit. If your dealership is willing to issue a full refund without Toyota's intervention, I'll note your cooperation in a revised review. That's really all I want from you at this point.

It would be amazing if you would refund some of the money you charged for the Sutherlin Platinum Premier package that was supposedly added to the car. I live over 200 miles away and it requires me to return to Montgomery to take advantage of it. I did not even receive the welcome kit and car care products that is listed on the window sticker as being included in the $7,995 package. This would be a great way to show you care about your customer satisfaction and not just money. I know companies are in business to make money. If you treat customers well, they will return so you can make more in the long run. I myself am in the market for a new van but my experience with this package has caused me to mark your dealership off the list of places I will ever buy from again although I will continue to buy Toyota vehicles.
