Paco was really great but we brought up a couple extra concerns and he said the tech stated we needed new tires. We have had the car for just over 34,000 miles and have gotten regular tire rotations. Our 2018 Camry that we traded in we put 50k miles on and were just getting advised about needing tires soon. The tread isn't very low at all either so I feel like new tires would be a massive waste of money. Like I said, paco was great and he's just repeating what he's told but I'm so tired of getting the run around from here instead of straight answers. More
3 hour wait to get a key fob. Still have not got warranty brake pads for 2025 Tundra. They say the are on back order. I guess Toyota aren't put brakes on their vehicles. Horrible service. Tried to scam me out of $1700 for wheel bearings that weren’t needed. Then tried to claim my tires were completely “undriveable”. Jon Edward’s was worthless and a total Zero. No communication with me over 2 1/2 hours. I happen to see My vehicle Ready and went To him. Whole story - Brought my truck in for 10k service an No communication with me over 2 1/2 hours. I happen to see My vehicle Ready and went To him. Whole story - Brought my truck in for 10k service and oil change on Nov 7, 2024. My tech was Jon Edward’s lacks the initiative and ability to communicate to customers while you wait for vehicle while in the shop. Happened to see my truck parked in the “ready or completed area”, when I went to ask Jon about my truck, he said give him a minute while he talked to his mechanics for another 15 min. Then Jon made me wait another 15 min while he tried to get his act together. When I asked what was wrong with my front seat adjustment knob (reported last time I was there), jon told me he didn’t understand what the mechanic said because he spoke “foreign”. He then tried to charge me $110 for it. Even though it is under warranty. Jon continually argued and was insistent that Toyota was not responsible for damages after 12 months. Wouldn’t even listen to the fact that I reported it earlier. He was totally unprofessional and just wanted to make a sale. On Sunday, 3 days after service, I found a large oil stain on my garage. I don’t drive everyday and when I checked the oil level it didn’t even show on the dipstick. I went under my vehicle and found lots of oil from the front radiator all thru the back of the undercarriage of my truck. I had to cancel my plans this weekend. I sent pictures of the oil accumulated to Kaylynn Wade on Sunday. I believe the oil filter was not secured properly or damaged as that is where the oil residue starts accumulating on every metal structure of the truck. I’ve received about two or three emails just in the last few days from your staff as well as text and phone calls asking me to trade in my truck as they would like to put me in something newer. I’ve only had two service appointments with you. The first one was just a rotation of tires and checking it out and the second one was the appt on 7 November. If I’m being told you warranty isn’t worth it, you don’t worry warranty anything on the vehicle, I’m expected to pay for every little thing, even though it falls into the warranty. Why would I buy another vehicle from you? I already know that my engine is gonna have to be replaced because you have already recalled 100,000 trucks. I am not a fan of Toyota, I am definitely not a fan of your dealership or the people that work there. There is nobody that has spoken a kind word since I’ve been there and there’s nobody that has showed me any what I would call nice treatment for owning a Toyota and being part of that group of owners. I think it’s a disgrace to own a Toyota right now and I hate the fact that I have to go to your dealership for anything because I feel embarrassed that I have to wait for two or three hours for a simple oil change and then screw it and put me in a position to seize my engine. There is no supervision and quality control at your dealership. I’ve bought cheaper vehicles when they were done by vehicle was actually cleaned on the inside had a car wash and we shined and ready to go. I can’t even get you to fix it right the first time.Why would I want to rely upon you for anything and why would I put myself back in another Toyota vehicle. More
