This was an extremely frustrating experience with Toyota of Montgomery. I don't know if Luis meant to or he was just ill-informed, but during the test drive, we were given incorrect information on how th of Montgomery. I don't know if Luis meant to or he was just ill-informed, but during the test drive, we were given incorrect information on how the rebates would be applied to the price shown on the placard in the window and he told us the standard maintenance schedule was to 40K miles. When finalizing the paperwork with Muhammed Norton, that's when we were told the price on the placard was with all rebates applied and the vehicle standard warranty ended at 36K miles. Next, Luis worked with the lady in finance to see what interest rate I qualified for. With my wife and I having credit scores over 830, we were given 3.99% for 72 months. Later, with Muhammed Norton, we had to recognize the interest rate on the final paperwork was not the 3.99% Luis originally quoted us. Mr. Norton even had the original sales paperwork quoting us "3.99% @ 72 months" in front of him. The lady in finance came in to Mr. Norton's office to tell us that the only interest rate for 72 months on a '25 Tundra was actually 4.99%. She admitted it was her mistake giving Luis the wrong interest rate and for assuming the Tundra was a '24 model, but she stated, "That's all the bank will do on a '25." Really? Adding insult to injury, when we got home that night, Toyota Montgomery was running a TV commercial advertising 2.99% on '25 Tundras. The fine print only excluded Tundras with the TRD package. For the extended warranty plans, I think it is deceptive and completely unethical to not disclose the total price of each extended warranty package from the beginning. The computer listed the extended warranty plans factored into the monthly vehicle payment disguising the extra several thousands of dollars someone may be unwittingly adding to the cost of the vehicle. Another gotcha is we had to find the exact price of the warranty plan when finalizing numbers and that the bare minimum plan we selected was $4,000 extra. The vehicle had undisclosed minor damage (approx 8-inch scratch to the left rear door and chip in the windshield) at the time of sale. When I noticed these issues, I immediately called Luis. When I brought the vehicle back to the dealer, the sales manager said he knew about the damage before the vehicle left the lot. I left the vehicle to have the repairs completed and was called the next day to pick up the truck. The vehicle had been detailed and a maintenance service warning was turned off. Otherwise, the scratch on the door and chip in the windshield weren't fixed. I have to bring the truck back again to have those repairs accomplished. The most positive thing I can say about this part of the experience is at least I haven't had any hassle about having the dealer make these repairs. More

Although the process of trading in two vehicles for two new vehicles was time consuming, everyone at Toyota was very friendly and worked to their best ability to get us what we wanted.
