I explained my problem to Lauren and she was EXTREMELY helpful and supportive. She made me feel like she was really on my side. Lauren kept me informed about the status and finally she arranged a very very favorable arrangement that totally satisfied me. As a result, only becausae of Lauren, I will go bck to Toyota of Manhattan when my current lease expires. She is great and Toyota of Manhattan has no idea how valuable she is to them. More

I have been coming to toyota of manhattan for their service department which is excellent. Everyone is so attentive of your needs. I was approached by Mr Beco and convinced me to trade my car to a n service department which is excellent. Everyone is so attentive of your needs.
