Bad very Bad bussiness Put a deposit over the phone on a saturday. I live about 100 miles away. On sunday took the car out for a drive and we worked out a price. This is a group of people that really care about their customers. In all the (many) times I've been in, whether to look at what's new, or whether to sign a check, there's never a hard sell from anyone there. Instead, Kevin and his staff take a very friendly and easy-going approach, letting me, the customer, do the hemming and hawing. They know it's hard enough to decide on a new car; you don't need pushy sales folks adding pressure. I could have gone with any brand on the market, but after so many years of absolute satisfaction with Toyota of Manhattan, I can't justify doing business elsewhere. They had a pleasant experience, so I decided to go to Toyota of Man My parents bought a Toyota last year, and now it was time for me to get a new car. They had a pleasant experience, so I decided to go to Toyota of Manhattan also. My dealer's name was Franklin Beco. He was very friendly, and right away remembered my parents, and was happy to assist me in helping me find the perfect new car. I told him what I was looking for, and he gave me some suggestions that would fit. I was interested in the new Toyota Camry Sport SE, and he was able to make it happen the same day!! They had the exact color and model I wanted, and were even negotiable with the monthly payment. The overall experience was really great, and I would highly recommend this dealership, and Mr. Beco, to do business with. Thank you very much! More

SCAM! Never did work claimed but charged. I came for brakes that felt a little weak and was told by tracey bolden the brakes and rotors needed replacing. A couple of hours later he called me t I came for brakes that felt a little weak and was told by tracey bolden the brakes and rotors needed replacing. A couple of hours later he called me to tell me the calipers were bad but due to time they could not replace the calipers that day. Meantime they did not replace anything but charged me anyway. When i noticed brakes felt exactly the same i went to an independent and well respected auto shop who found the brakes were not replaced and rotors were not replaced or even resurfaced. Nothing done but charged. Now thats a true scam job. More

Did not detail the car no wash no anything but gas. And said here you go because they wanted to go home. Kevin wanted me to come on an Friday because he wanted to make sure everything was okay and he left without checking on the outcome on the sell. This dealership made me feel I got got. In addition brought all the warranty even roadside assistance when my tired mess up toyota roadside assistance came to my eta with not having the proper tool to fix my tire having me towing my car and paying for it. What is the purpose of having toyota roadside assistance and they are not there to help you. Stay away from this place. Be aware More
