This is the worst car dealership I have ever had the misfortune of going to. I wish I could give them negative stars. We bought a used Sequoia from them and it was the worst car buying experience that I've ever had. They are very unprofessional. I thought at a Toyota dealership we could expect a much higher level of service and professionalism. We had a back up camera, new DVD player, and remote starter installed. I had to return without my husband a different day to get this work done after purchasing the car. When asking to see the replacement DVD player (they installed a used one- not new) in the car work, they put a porn DVD in the player and this is what I had to view to make sure it now worked- literally people having sex. At the time I was in the back service area with several men around, my husband was not with me- unbelievable and disgusting. If I could have walked away there, I would have, but we already purchased the car. The back up camera never worked properly and eventually stopped working all together. The remote starter had issues and I had to have this replaced elsewhere. We ended up having to rip the DVD player out because the "new" one they installed was also was defective and we never bothered replacing that. After going back several times, not all of the issues resolved, and finally taking the car elsewhere, we were told that they made a mess of the wiring system in the car when installing the electronics. Beyond the horrible work they did with my car, they are very unresponsive with phone calls. I would NEVER go here again, and if you do buy a car from these losers, DO NOT have them do any work on it. Take it to a reputable Toyota dealer... or better yet buy from a reputable Toyota dealer. These people do not deserve your business! More

Let me start by saying I have never owned or leased a car. I went to Toyota of Manhattan knowing that I want to lease a 2017 Toyota Corolla XSE but didn't know how to go about it. Franklyn, your professionalism and honesty helped me understand what the process of leasing my very first car. I couldn't be happier with my selection. We started the process on Tuesday evening and by Friday evening I was driving my car. My wife loves the car. I definitely recommend anyone to see Franklyn at Toyota of Manhattan. Franklin is friendly, kind, and pleasant to spend time with; I had both my children with me, and he even made them feel welcome too! I appreciate that he is enthusiastic without being overly aggressive or pushy about the sale. He wants to get you in the right car at the right price so everyone is happy. (We actually no longer live right in NYC, but after visiting a Toyota dealership closer to our new home, I called Franklin and returned to him -- the difference was so dramatic it was worth the drive, and next time I'll go directly to him without visiting any other Toyota dealerships!). Also great to work with Kevin Primus again, too, who manages the dealership -- professional, peaceful, and friendly. More
