I called on the phone for a car and asked if it was a certified pre owned vehicle. I was told it was. When asking once we arrived after a 90 minute ride in to the dealership, we were told it was not. The salesman at the dealership also assured us that they would deliver the vehicle to the house free of charge ; when asked if they would put that into writing, The manager said they could not do that. this was after waiting for well over an hour and 15 minutes to potentially test drive the vehicle. We chose not to test drive the vehicle after we had caught them in two lies. We bought the vehicle at Toyota City in Mamaroneck instead. More

Abraham Makany was amazing throughout purchase process. He’s a very nice guy that is super responsive, communicative, and makes the buying process straightforward. The whole dealership was great.
