He called me to inform me of interest rates and I hear as soon as I pick up the phone “she needs to xxxx or get off the pot” so I then say “hello” and he begins the conversation to me. I thought it was extremely rude to be talking trash about a customer as the phone is ringing and then having to hear that. I immediately asked if it was about me and he began to stutter around, proof I caught him off guard because he assumed I hadn’t heard. I understand vehicle deals are stressful but that was beyond uncalled for. If I had not placed a deposit and they ran my credit multiple times..I would have NOT went through with the deal for that simple reason.
