Toyota of Louisville is truly a great Toyota Dealership! I contacted them after getting recommendations from others who have bought from their dealership and their other family dealership, Swope in E-Town. Their staff Kristin, Lindsey, Dustin, Bill Morrison and Mr. Swope were all very patient with me. I called and texted them many times asking questions. They always responded quickly and treated me very well. I was under pressure needing a new vehicle and I picked one of the hardest vehicles to find on the lot and immediately available - a RAV4. The $500 deposit I put down allowed me to have one of the first allocated RAV4s. I had one allocated to me, but my situation for needing a vehicle right away happened. I happened to find another RAV4 but had to drive a long distance to pick it up. The sale of that RAV4 fell through so it was immediately available, which is extremely unusual. When I told Toyota of Louisville, I would not be buying the Rav4 allocated to me, they understood, treated me nicely, and immediately refunded by deposit. They truly are a great dealership! More

In the beginning my experience was your typical and average vehicle purchase until negotiations were being made..the salesman that was assisting me, Bill (William) Morrison , became upset that I wasn’t average vehicle purchase until negotiations were being made..the salesman that was assisting me, Bill (William) Morrison , became upset that I wasn’t taking the first offer given to me and didn’t jump to make a deal the first 5 minutes. He called me to inform me of interest rates and I hear as soon as I pick up the phone “she needs to xxxx or get off the pot” so I then say “hello” and he begins the conversation to me. I thought it was extremely rude to be talking trash about a customer as the phone is ringing and then having to hear that. I immediately asked if it was about me and he began to stutter around, proof I caught him off guard because he assumed I hadn’t heard. I understand vehicle deals are stressful but that was beyond uncalled for. If I had not placed a deposit and they ran my credit multiple times..I would have NOT went through with the deal for that simple reason. The worst customer service I’ve ever received during any purchase, vehicle or otherwise. More
