I've dealt with the other service advisors that currently have offices along the service drive and they pale in comparison to Stephanie. Lube, oil, and check Within a few minutes of arrival, a service person came up and greeted me, took my information, and told me my service agent will be with me shortly. I was taken care of after asking how things are and how I have been doing today. I went to wait in the waiting area and I was able to grab something to eat from the food service business there, check my messages and email, watch some T.V., and start some of my work. After my truck was announced that it was finished, I went to pay for my service and get my truck.They had my truck up front in the pick up place, and I was happy about that after being on my feet all day. Thank you all at Toyota and Chanin for friendly service, information about my truck that might need further attention, and for a big waiting area that had much to offer for people waiting for their vehicle. Chanin is one of the few service advisers that I have complete confidence in. We have owned Toyota's since 1975 and have dealt with numerous service advisers at 6 different dealerships, both here in California and Oklahoma. Her professional attitude and vast knowledge is remarkable. She is the reason that we have our vehicles/trucks serviced at Toyota of Lancaster. I have recommended her to both friends and co-workers here in the Valley. I will continue to be a very happy customer with Chanin as my service adviser. More

He takes the time to explain what I need, why and how long I have until a service or repair will be needed. I like his approach because I can plan for replacement parts such as breaks, filters and all that fun stuff. Plus I never have to worry about a crappy job by some dude who doesn’t care. If Toyota makes a mistake they will fix it. I figure you get what you pay for. More

Service manager was great and apologized for long wait. I learned not to come in with out scheduling an appointment on a Saturday. A long wait of 5 hours for an oil change🥴. Joey was great to work with. I learned not to come in with out scheduling an appointment on a Saturday. A long wait of 5 hours for an oil change🥴. Joey was great to work with.
