He gave the work to technician Eduardo and worked with so he could understand my specific issue. Both came to see me when work completed explaining what was done. Pleased with the communication. First of all I had received a call to bring my vehicle in because they finally received the seat belt. My seat belt has not been working for 2 months and waited that long until it finally came in! Then when I went to service department they just kept saying lies after lies first one was the part was not in second was we won’t be able to work on your vehicle ! Until I told them I’m not leaving without getting it fixed and me risking my life and getting a ticket ! Then he went back (asst manager ) and stated he would be able to do get it done . Then my vehicle was ready within 30 min he did not call me to tell me my vehicle was ready I had to go to his desk and ask for my vehicle! Never going there again ! More
