Overpriced. Dealer reps rave of what great service they give. They beg for high ra tings and tell you what they think you want to hear . Want to sell high priced easy fixes like injection cleaning and power steering fluid change. $140 an hour labor is outrageous! Couldn't find Ping in my engine but local garage did, cleaned the EGR valve and now truck had more power. Told me that my attempted wiring on washer pump was a butcher job. I tied to do the job myself to avoid you. I wasted my money giving you guys another chance. High profit is only what you are after. Toyota cars and trucks are good products but aftercare is pure profit seeking at the expense of "ignorant" customers! More
