Almost in tears Everythingbwas going pretty well until I was called at 1:30 that my car was ready to pick up and I made arrangements with the courtesy shuttle. I called back at 2:10 to double check they were on the way and was told yes, then I call again at 2:45 to tell them I am still waiting and confirm my information, again I talk at 3:05 and again at 3:30, a very stressful afternoon, I was close to tears by the time I was finally picked up after 3:30 THIS WAS YHE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAD More

Quick Service Came in one morning after being told my parts had arrived. Dropped the car off and was told it would be a few hours. I was taken home by the courtesy Came in one morning after being told my parts had arrived. Dropped the car off and was told it would be a few hours. I was taken home by the courtesy shuttle and within a few hours received a call that my car was ready. They even offered to pick me up, but I just Uber’d back. Seamless process. More

Great service Recently, I had my high-mileage 2013 Prius V in for servicing. Both Chanin Yescas and Joey Gonzales were great in getting me in/out (even without a Recently, I had my high-mileage 2013 Prius V in for servicing. Both Chanin Yescas and Joey Gonzales were great in getting me in/out (even without a prior-appointment) and getting the problem diagnosed correctly and thus saving me considerable out-of-pocket expenses had I taken the vehicle somewhere else. Ultimately, I opted to trade-in the Prius V and purchase a new Toyota Tundra 4WD from Toyota of Lancaster (great deal and great purchase experience with Anthony Doyle), and my wife and I will be taking both my 2019 Tunda and her 2018 RAV4 Hybrid, into Toyota of Lancaster for all maintenance/service, More

Nice helpful people Just did my 5000 mile check up on my Tacoma . All went great and was ready for pick up in about 2 hours .
