He takes the time to explain what I need, why and how long I have until a service or repair will be needed. I like his approach because I can plan for replacement parts such as breaks, filters and all that fun stuff. Plus I never have to worry about a crappy job by some dude who doesn’t care. If Toyota makes a mistake they will fix it. I figure you get what you pay for. More

Service manager was great and apologized for long wait. I learned not to come in with out scheduling an appointment on a Saturday. A long wait of 5 hours for an oil change🥴. He at list warned me it was going to be a long wait. It did give me an option weather to stay or go. I chose to stay and get the oil changed. More

Excellent Service I brought my 2000 4Runner in for a front end alignment. Chanin was the service rep. that worked with me.
