I just took my 2013 Tacoma for basic maintenance in January. The waiting was longer than usual but I assume it was because of the holidays. They must have been short staffed. My 2006 Prius had only just been serviced a week earlier when I discovered that it had left a pool of oil on my garage floor. Since it had been unseasonably rainy and snowy in the AV, my older Lexus SUV (which you also service) had become my vehicle of choice. Hence, I didn't notice the pool of oil for a few days. In any case, despite the fact that I had left a message for Jose Martinez that I was immediately coming in, he had already left by the time I arrived. Joey stepped up to address my problem. While I was grateful for Joey's help, I was disappointed, not only because this problem had not been mentioned earlier by Jose, but also because the solution turned out to be fairly costly.... a lower oil pan replacement. Never-the-less, it was repaired, and there are no more "new" oil stains in my garage. On a previous appointment, (NOT Joey) I was truly disappointed that I accepted Goodyear tire replacement alternatives for the Yokohamas that were promised and had been "on sale". Jose said that the Goodyears were a "higher quality" than the Yokohamas. I have NEVER known that to be true, and I am disappointed that I accepted his counsel on that. Jose has been a good advisor in the past. I simply will not buy tires with Toyota of Lancaster in the future. More

Professional, Quick and Competent I arrived early for my appointed time and they took my car, I was in and out within a half hour. I come from the old school where oil changes were done every 3-5k, I assumed I would need an oil change. They explained that with the new synthetic oils it’s only necessary every 10k, even with it being a new vehicle. They did check the oil and level but it was good so they didn’t have to do a change this time. I am glad they didn’t just sell it because they could. I have been going to Toyota of Lancaster for over 10 years now and I’ve always felt that I was treated fairly. More

TOYOTA of Lancaster is a great place for service. Appointments are pretty easy to get, and they will accommodate most even without. I only with they would wash your vehicle now the drought is over.
