Lack of communication I went in to for a maintenance oil change and then decided to get the spark plugs changed and filters changed. The work that was completed was good. What upset me the most was the lack of communication. I had an appointment at 9 a.m. I was there on time. I was told my vehicle should be done about 2. Well, 2 p.m. came and went without a word so I called to inquire. Then I was told 4-4:30. That time also came and went without any word from anyone. So I called again at 5 p.m. Then I was told it would be ready by closing (6p.m.). Not 15 minutes later I was called and told it would NOT be ready until the following day! I was NOT happy. Again I had an appt. I’m pretty sure all the people who were in the non-appointment lanes that morning at 9 a.m. had their vehicles by the end of the day. I’m equally upset that no one ever called me to communicate and update me throughout the day, I always had to call! In the past I’ve not had this problem when Sean was the service rep. Sean has always communicated well with me. More
not good I knew the truck had problems but their service check list said I only had rusting battery cable and need an air filter.....but I was having bad tire I knew the truck had problems but their service check list said I only had rusting battery cable and need an air filter.....but I was having bad tire wear problems (they missed that) so I took it somewhere else they found leaking shocks(Toyota missed that) and that was causing the bad tire wear.... how can I trust Toyota if they missed stuff ....how long were the shocks bad?? how many tires did I ruin due to bad shocks?? I went into Toyota for 4 oil changes..every 5000 miles and had an Alainment done the last time I had an oil change Toyota said I needed it because of bad tire wear!! well that did not correct the problem More

Stephnie has always been amazing and is my go to girl whenever I have service needs. Toyota is lucky to have her. She’s always smiling and super friendly and is a barrel of knowledge about the needs of y whenever I have service needs. Toyota is lucky to have her.
