The service was quick and responsive. I had an appointment, and did not have to wait. Because of the length of time my car was in the shop, they arranged for a rental car just in case the service appointment, and did not have to wait. The service department was extremely slow on repairs and kept putting the vehicle on and off the lift over about 5 days. They green lighted the suspension and made "suggestions" on updates. The vehicle was picked up at closing and was unsafe to try and drive home. Once the department was alerted to the mismatch between the service certification and the actual status, they finally agreed to tow it in. How much is getting rubber stamped at your dealership? This vehicle was seen at your shop for 5 of the 14 years of service. I doubt if have ever gotten what I paid for here and really should file an official complaint. More

Car was dropped off, never received a call with update or that it was ready. When I arrived to pick up right before closing, they had difficulty finding car, no sticker on windshield for next oil change. No that it was ready. I’m questioning whether service occurred or not. Too many red flags and I’m not comfortable with this experience. The blame was a placed on a new guy?? Really??
