This dealership is very dishonest they’re crooked. My experience with my car wasn’t complete, unsatisfactory, and not fixed. I would like to know who could I go to does a higher authority in this matter because the membership itself gave me the biggest run around in the most pathetic excuse that I’ve ever heard with no results to my automobile that I buy brand new from them in 2018, and they had no regard to fixing my car tell me what was wrong with it with that xxxx and not be anything wrong with a new car and I barely drive it only have 1500 miles, so I really need to talk to someone in a higher authority to help me with this matter or I will be bringing a lawsuit against this company We took it out for a test drive and then when we return they threaten the driver of the test run that he will lose his job if he told the truth and I know that this was on 28 July and I’m really really really disappointing and pissed off , so I need someone to get back with me at 213-364-9367 about my Toyota RAV4 18. I like that we can make appointments for “faster service”. I disliked when I was told that vehicles with less than 25K miles get priority over higher mileage vehicles even though they made an appoin service”.
