I'm going to qualify my response whether I would recommend this service center to others with a perhaps. Joe Garcia is a good guy and I'm not sure he's working with a great team of mechanics and key recommend this service center to others with a perhaps. It leaked like crazy and Toyota of Lancaster had to tow my car in and fix it. This last service was on my FJ Cruiser and the mechanics didn't update the oil change sticker in my windshield so I'm not totally sure they actually changed my oil. More

I came in for scheduled service on my Toyota truck. Annie was the person checking me in. I was actually surprised by how fast it went. She told me it would be 1 1/2 to 2 hours for complete service. This was the worst exoerience ever! The people are beyond rude. We were sent a quote for $139.47 for the oil change and the air filters. Then they sent us a message that we needed bo The people are beyond rude. We were sent a quote for $139.47 for the oil change and the air filters. Then they sent us a message that we needed both air filters, tire rotation, and tire balance and it was going to cost over $300 for everything. So we said to just do the oil change and they charged us $169.59 for just an oil change and to inspect the car which was purchased at this Toyota dealership and is completely under warranty. Please go anywhere but this dealership. Oh! And the estimate was for 45 mins and it took over 3 hrs. Never again! More

The service center here is normally really good , I did have a problem with the last long trip I took where the tie rod nuts weren’t tightened properly and I had to seek service .
