I wondered around the new vehicles area and saw a new vehicle I liked and talked to one of the sales representatives. I was offered a very good deal so I traded in my old Tacoma and bought a new one. But like I said, I was really impressed with the sales person Edgar Bravo and finance person Silva Guemiksizian. Both were very helpful, very courtious and very perfessional. What can i say?, Overall Great Experience. The amount of Detail towards a customer's needs and wants were really well taken. Edgar Rodriguez, has impeccable customer service, he's attention towards directing me in the right directions with all my concerns and questions were answered thoroughly and and accurate. There wasn't any question that wasn't answered without leaving opened ended questions. I will be returning to Sierra Toyota for future car purchases and recommending it to all my friends and families, and hopefully a in the near future still work hand in hand with Edgar Rodriguez for my future cars. This was by far the best car buying experience ever! My husband called ahead to let Alex know what time we would be there as soon as we walked onto the lot we were greeted by Alex.
