Outstanding! John Guzman was the friendliest Salesman I have ever met. He was great at providing information about the car in detail. I wanted to thank Dave White for his excellent service at Sierra Toyota. When I first came in, with very limited time, he showed me the cars I wanted to "view," with no pressure at all. This is what first won me over and I scheduled an appointment for my next available day. When I returned, yesterday, he was waiting, allowed me to test drive a Prius 3, in which I had expressed interest, and answered ALL of my many questions in a caring and thorough way. I really wanted a moon roof and he did find a 2014 with that feature at another dealership, but since it was the latest model, no discounts applied. However, there just happened to be a 2010 Prius 3, fully equipped, on the lot, so I test drove that one and VOILA! That's my car. I fully appreciated Dave's patient listening, professionalism and willingness to go the "extra mile" with me. He wanted me to get the car which worked for me, and that was the outcome. I am very happy with my experience at Sierra Toyota because of Dave White's intelligent salesmanship. More

I traded in a 2011 Mazda 3 and walked out with an 09' Venza with all the "bells and whistles" for a monthly payment only $40 higher than I was paying for my Mazda! I actually purchased the Mazda from thi Venza with all the "bells and whistles" for a monthly payment only $40 higher than I was paying for my Mazda! I actually purchased the Mazda from this Toyota dealership a little over a year ago and was pleased with both car buying experiences. I will be purchasing another vehicle from Sierra Toyota in the future. More

Every question my uncle and I had, Manny was able to answer thoroughly with complete knowledge; and he went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible. The financial manager, Jamie House, was just as wonderful. I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase and have already recommended a close girl friend to their services. Buying this new car was a giant leap in my life and I am really thankful that I had Sierra Toyota as guidance towards a solid landing. More
