Service Dept-Excellent -- Used Car Sales Dept-Not Great I would ONLY recommend the Toyota of Lancaster service department...I have used this service department for years and they have always been excellent! I would ONLY recommend the Toyota of Lancaster service department...I have used this service department for years and they have always been excellent! I would NOT recommend the Toyota of Lancaster dealership for buying used cars! We recently bought a used car from this dealer and will never do that again! I don't feel we got the best price on the car, and the condition of the car turned out to be not as we were led to believe by the Used Car Sales Manager, Walt. I definitely feel we overpaid for the quality and condition of the car we ended up buying. The salesman, July, was brand new, very nice and made promises that the dealership did not want to follow through on. After a couple months of haggling, the dealership finally made good on the promises...but I will never buy another car from this dealer. More

Reason why I kept my Sierra ones, is because to have proof I bought when they were the owners and they offered different warranties on the used vehicles than they do now, I want to make sure my warranties will still be honored if I ever need them.
