My Sales Person Craig Edwards was quite knowledgeable and was more interested in what type of car I wanted and intently listened to me rather that just sell me "any" car just to make a deal. The car I wanted was not available but he was able to find just the right vehicle for me and I am quite satisfied. Totally unprepared to do his job when he didn't know Toyota service care. Every new Toyota gets free service for 2 years and 25,000 miles.
