Amazing customer service I normally do not leave reviews but I figure I'll make an exception this time. My Fiance and I have bought 2 vehicles from Toyota of Lancaster in a span of 2 months. Our salesman July Puzon was patient and did everything and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The GM Sonny and the sales manager Tony Hernandez were also very helpful and welcoming and made this experience easy and as painless as possible. And finally, the finance manager, Maricela!! Let me tell you this woman explained everything we needed to know and all the ins and outs of our contract and was extremely pleasant! She was the last person we needed to see thru out this purchase and I can't thank her enough for making sure that we understood what we were signing. I have bought many cars in the past and these guys are at the top. We will for sure be back when we are in the market again. Fantastic Service I came in to turn in my Leased Car (end of contract lease).. The inventory Manager, Trent Bridgers was off the clock, but stayed the few extra minute I came in to turn in my Leased Car (end of contract lease).. The inventory Manager, Trent Bridgers was off the clock, but stayed the few extra minutes to accept my Leased car. I was treated with respect, and understanding. I was not expecting to be able to purchase another car, or lease another car. Hats off to my sales man Matt Finn who helped me make an affordable purchase after acknowledging my personal situation. Matt bent over backwards to make sure I understood the contract, and showed me what I was able to afford... I was able to purchase a 2019 Toyota Corolla, with the same exact payment as my leased car.
