Excellent Buying Experience I was shopping for a 4Runner, specifically a TRD off road premium with kdss, moonroof in silver. There were three dealers local to me in Ventura Count I was shopping for a 4Runner, specifically a TRD off road premium with kdss, moonroof in silver. There were three dealers local to me in Ventura County that had the exact match but not willing to come down in price. I then started looking within 150 miles and low and behold Toyota of Lancaster had exactly what I wanted. I called and spoke with Christian Torres (internet sales manager) and sent him the best quote I had received. A few hours later Joe Boghos (internet sales director) called to confirm the OTD price I requested and even took a little more off to cover gas. Day of pickup I was a bit leary since it was a verbal quote but both Joe and Christian assured me that the car will be ready on pickup and for the price quoted. Arrived at the dealership and walked back to a climate controlled garage (summertime in Lancaster is hot) to look over my new truck. Everything was as described and it was time to do the paperwork. It was a busy Saturday afternoon but Joe and Christian constantly checked on me while working multiple deals to give me time estimates to see financing. This dealership is like a conveyor belt in the way it’s set up from start to finish. My visit seemed orchestrated. I especially liked how financing had a window to the garage to view my new purchase. All in all Christian, Joe and the team at Lancaster have earned my future business and I give the experience 5 stars. Thanks guys! Ed C from Oxnard More

Max always does a GREAT job! I arrived for a 0700 appointment at about 0700 for my 70,000 mile regular service. There was a long line for appointments, but the staff allowed people with appointments to go ahead into the non-appointment line to get us all started. Max helped find discounts for my service and walked me through what service was and was not needed given that my last service appointment was only at about 65,000. They did the entire job by about 0930 including tire rotation, brake servicing, and normal oil change and checks. I like the new cantina area, although it does not look very professional - doesn't bother me, but that might be an area for review by the management. More

The couches there are so worn that there was metal poking into my back the entire time. Then the wait was actually 2 1/2 hours which made me angry. Then was told everything was fine with my car and that I needed to rate 5 stars. A review should be honest and candid. Not required to rate at a higher level just because I’m “helping me out”. More
