Mauricio made sure everything was properly fixed! A belt was screeching very loudly every time I started my car. The first visit was to change the belt but the next morning it still screeched. Truly Exceptional I came in without an appointment and they still got me in and out in an acceptable time. They also did a complimentary inspection that resulted in a l I came in without an appointment and they still got me in and out in an acceptable time. They also did a complimentary inspection that resulted in a leaking axle seal. What I really liked is they walked me out to show me the seal while it was still on the rack. Bait and Switch TrueCar advised the vehicle I was interested in was $20,900. Got there and they claim was a mistake, vehicle actually $28,700. Then promised will add TrueCar advised the vehicle I was interested in was $20,900. Got there and they claim was a mistake, vehicle actually $28,700. Then promised will add tire replacement for 1 year (allegedly valued at $400) but when I got to finance, wasn’t there. Vehicle value paid was reasonable however the above issues ticked me off. Above asked if I’d recommend this dealership; need to add a MAYBE. More

Toyota of Lancaster was the fifth dealership my family and I have been to in the last 6 weeks, and we were for lack of a better word... "Fed Up" with dealerships. We met some of the most amazing staff that took amazing care of my family! We had a bit of a hiccup but the staff turned that hiccup into something we could have never imagined. Now wer are in the truck we wanted at a very affordable price. My family and I will never go to another dealership. This is my sixth Toyota with many more to come and they will all be bought from Toyota of Lancaster. I don't write reviews, but the staff at this dealership was so amazing I just can't praise them enough. A very BIG Thank you to the amazing staff at Toyota of Lancaster! More
