I wanted to thank Dave White for his excellent service at Sierra Toyota. When I first came in, with very limited time, he showed me the cars I wanted to "view," with no pressure at all. When I returned, yesterday, he was waiting, allowed me to test drive a Prius 3, in which I had expressed interest, and answered ALL of my many questions in a caring and thorough way. I really wanted a moon roof and he did find a 2014 with that feature at another dealership, but since it was the latest model, no discounts applied. However, there just happened to be a 2010 Prius 3, fully equipped, on the lot, so I test drove that one and VOILA! That's my car. I fully appreciated Dave's patient listening, professionalism and willingness to go the "extra mile" with me. He wanted me to get the car which worked for me, and that was the outcome.
