Questionable If I could give negative stars...I would. 10/6/2018- Delivered my vehicle at 9:00am, waited in line till 9:30am, waited again to be seen, received If I could give negative stars...I would. 10/6/2018- Delivered my vehicle at 9:00am, waited in line till 9:30am, waited again to be seen, received a call at 2:00pm just for an oil change which they then told me I needed a new oil pan and it was going to cost me $700 dollars and that no work had been done on the car within that time. Dealerships are supposed to be the ones you trust but after my last visit and again this visit...unacceptable. I won't be taking my vehicle here again and this is coming from someone who has been going to Toyota for over a decade. More

It was not until after arriving home that we discovered the trunk/storage space mat had not been replaced. Frustrated, we decided to stop in and recover the mat we ordered. Parts man was helpful, explaining (unlike new Subaru) mats meant we had paid approximately $169 for only the passenger compartment. Trunk storage space would be another $99+. Ugh.... Ernesto was considerate, delivered the really tough news professionally and with charity. More
Awsome Dealership and Staff Went to the dealership to look at used Tundra's. Luis was the sales associate who assisted us. Luis took the time to show us the inventory that met our criteria. He was very knowledgeable about this specific product, opening up the vehicle and explaining all the features and options. Let me open the hood and crawl around under the truck. He enthusiastically entertained every question my wife and I asked. We test drove every vehicle of interest. Interestingly enough when we started to get serious about the cost of the used Tundra's and the financing available, the monthly payments were more than I was comfortable with. Luis advised that there was another option that I had not considered, that was to lease a new Tundra with option to purchase. After much negotiation back and forth this turned out to be the best choice for us. I am now the proud owner of a new Tundra 4x4. I might add that I have not purchased a new truck since 1992, preferring used instead. However, this truck has all the bells and whistles, more than I could imagine. Big thank you to Luis for assisting us every step of the way and helping with the decision to buy a NEW truck! More
