Even though I had an awfully experience with one of the internet workers bullying me and trying to force me to turn in my lease vehicle when I had told him that I wanted to purchase it. He was very unprofessional and not friendly at all. But I will continue to take my car for services. More
No Appointment -Just showed Up I had a flapping noise coming from my front right tire area when driving up 14 to Lancaster job. I came into Palmdale thinking I could make it to the I had a flapping noise coming from my front right tire area when driving up 14 to Lancaster job. I came into Palmdale thinking I could make it to the Midas. Well, Midas is closed down so I thought I'd go to Toyota Lancaster Dealer where I bought my Pirus 3 years ago. I was somewhat stressed by the time I got to dealer service but relieved knowing they could tell me what is going on. I pull up to service bay/line at 1030am on a Thursday. By accident I pulled up in appointment line.... not the "non" appointment line. Service woman came rushing towards me pointing at me with a raise voice telling me to back up and get in the other line... that I was cutting in front of everyone... She never gave me eye contact, no smile..just very unwelcoming... Didn't say another word to me..... Then I sat for 15 to 25 minutes with no one telling pls wait it will be a while or anything. In fact the 10 or 15 people working there seemed to purposely not give me eye contact or check on me. Just terrible customer service and no leadership out there. Finally someone came up to me. She was friendly then handed me off to the person that would help me the rest of the way. He was great. I took the shuttle to work then got a call around 2pm telling me the tread on my tire is bad and I needed new tires and an alignment. Even though the one helping me was great I just didn't want to give my business to them because of the first impression service I got. Came back to dealership got my car. No charge for telling me the problem. I immediately went to the Tire Store on Sierra Highway. They hooked me up with 4 new tires and also told me I didn't need an alignment. I will never go back to the dealership for servicing my three cars (family of 7) or buy my next car there. Which I'm right now looking to buy a toyota corolla for my 17 year old. Reasons not to go back...... One for the first impression customer service (everyone there looked like they hated their job when I got there and that they told me I needed an alignment when I didn't. I will be cutting and pasting this review onto the Tire Store's review now. Leadership is not training anyone over there on customer service. More
