We have owned 7 Toyotas since 1976 & Your service dept, is by far, @ Chanin is the BEST Service Advisor that any Toyota Service Dept. has employed. We have owned 7 Toyotas since 1976 & Your service dept, is by far, @ the very top. I did not have an appointment as my left front tire kept losing air so I just popped in @ Toyota of Lancaster. Chanin, immediately, set up service for that tire. Unfortunately, I needed a new tire. Please note, all 4 tires were purchased from Toyota approx 2 years ago. Extremely satisfied with the service. Thank You. More

Since my car is new, and this was my 1st Service in quite a while at Lancaster Toyota, he had a Tech address my 'rattles' right away. The Lounge is a nice place to hang out too. Also a shout-out to Tom Grabbit, the Service Director. He's always there to address any concerns. Contrary to the reviews on Yelp! if you have an issue Tom is always willing to address and resolve the concern. Good job to Sean and Tom. More
