My experience at my 2nd oli change - was not pleasant My reviews: It felt cold, no-one seem to really cared if you come or go. I've only been there twice and it felt cold. I've notice a lot of employees working there and no-one seem to care at all . They are so focus on doing the one job that they are programmed to do. I guess you would say, they're a robot. I was lost trying to find the lobby, while you're facility is under construction. I just bought my car a few months ago, its a Yaris IA. I was offered two years free maintains service. I didn't realized two years meant only 3 free maintain services. Then why even bother to offer two years free maintains. On a side note: I bought this 2018 Yaris IA and it came with a small crack on the bumper, I spoke with the manager to request to have it repair, he offered no solutions because it was not a paint chip crack. How is this my problem, apparently its my job to bring it to someone attention which I did at my first oil changed. NO, resolution what so ever, thank you Toyota! I used to believe in your company because you make good cars, I had a great experience at Lungo Toyota but Lancaster Toyota is a different story. More

At the end I still got the car I wanted, but it wasn't easy. At first I didn't get the help I wanted, and also the gentleman from Finance Services Mr. Rivas didn't explain well to me why I was given 48 months on At first I didn't get the help I wanted, and also the gentleman from Finance Services Mr. Rivas didn't explain well to me why I was given 48 months only to pay the car, I thought that they ask the customers how many months they want? I contacted Mr. Geoff Yeager, General Manager at Toyota in Lancaster, CA and told him the following via email: The reason for this email is because I want to tell you that I didn't get the appropriate service that I needed today, and felt stereotyped because I couldn't afford to get a used car for myself. Arlette Cannan the sales representative was nice and able to show me the used inventory. But two members of your management team Mr. Mike Wengert and Ron Daneshzadeh were only looking to get down payments rather than helping me. Also they were offering me cars such as a Corolla 2011 and Honda Civic. I specifically want a Scion IQ (small car only) because my previous car was one of them. I want the Scion IQ that you have for sale for $8,995.00. I'm a first time buyer, and I have a fair credit at 575. I don't have the money for a down payment and this man Ron was pushing me to give a down payment of $500.00 dollars and a check of $500.00 dollars to be cash out within 4 weeks. This is not how you do deals, they didn't even ask me for my pay checks from work so they can see where I'm at and see that I'm able to do payments between $180 to $200 for this car which is not even 10 K. Please do something regarding this matter, I don't have a car and I really need one. You said on your introduction the following: "We are a part of your community, your neighborhood, and we are your Toyota family! Come see us and feel the difference!" Then please help me, because I'm a parishioner at all three catholic churches in the AV. These includes: Saint Mary's in Palmdale, Sacred Heart in Lancaster, and Saint Junipero Serra in Quartz Hill. A lot of people from the AV community knows me. I have always taken my previous car (a Scion xB) at Toyota for service with Jose Martinez since I got it in 2008. Please help me to get approve for this car. I'm also aware that there is a rebate for Toyota College Grads for $750.00 which applies for used certified vehicles and Scion certified pre-owned vehicles. This is valid from 09/05/18 to 10/01/18. I appreciate your time, cooperation and prompt response to this matter. I didn't get to see about the rebate from school that is on the website, but at the end I did get the car, I'm very thankful only with Arlette from sales and Mr. Asaad- General Sales Manager. Thank you to them I have my car, may God bless them and hopefully in the future, I'll be able to buy another car when I'm better financially and won't have to go over through all of this again.
