We gave our numbers over the phone and he said the deal could be done. Craig is very courteous and we felt instantly at ease upon meeting with him to discuss our deal. The transaction was incredibly smooth and quick - no haggling - just a wonderful and honest buying experience!!! Our finance person, Ian Rybkin, was just as excellent - explaining our contract clearly and precisely- offering us options for different Toyota service products but never making us feel as if we were being hard sold. Craig was very detailed in showing us all the incredibly cool features of our new Prius Prime - and never rushed through the delivery. Service above and beyond! Twice recently I was out of town and had to call the dealership. Rey was there the first time, totally reassured me, and made an appointment for me th Twice recently I was out of town and had to call the dealership. Rey was there the first time, totally reassured me, and made an appointment for me the next day. The second time Rey was not available but the receptionist knew from my call that I needed to speak to someone, and I was where there was inconsistent phone reception. She had another service manager, Max, I believe, call me back back, and again, what was necessary was thoroughly explained to me and again, I was able to get an appointment the next day. I have been taking my car to them for almost 100,000 miles and these are the first abnormal situations I have had with my car. I have always been able to get timely appointments, answers to my questions, and excellent service! Thank you, Toyota of Lancaster! More
