Always a good experience with the service department! Chanin is my go to person when I need to have my Highlander serviced. She is friendly and professional. Disappointed #1 I was told by my sales man that i could get a free oil change every 5,000 mile service but service saids every 10,000 they need better communicatio #1 I was told by my sales man that i could get a free oil change every 5,000 mile service but service saids every 10,000 they need better communication between the 2.
