Brake Light Problem I took my 2018 Tacoma for a recall. I had the hardest time setting an appointment. I had to use my truck for work and they told me that Toyota does no I took my 2018 Tacoma for a recall. I had the hardest time setting an appointment. I had to use my truck for work and they told me that Toyota does not have rentals for my type of repair. It was raining so my truck was getting more water damage. They finally agreed to give me a rental! They installed they brake light, but never fixed or even tried to clean the water damage inside. A few days later I realize the new brake light has a crack. I’m in utter disbelief on the way Toyota of Lancaster treats it’s customers. More

Top notch customer service I brought my car in for a new battery. I did not have an appointment, I was a walk in, at the end of the day. I explained to Joey that I really neede I brought my car in for a new battery. I did not have an appointment, I was a walk in, at the end of the day. I explained to Joey that I really needed my car fixed, since I needed it for work. Joey checked my car’s info and assured me that the job would be taken care of through warranty. The job was handled quickly and I was back on the road in no time. Joey really made me appreciate Toyota, as I have heard of many other dealerships giving people the run-around for warranty issues.
