Roger worked with us for a couple months to ensure we got the right new Prius C. The experience was excellent with low pressure while keeping us fully up to date all along the way. Sold me a badly wrecked car, told me it was clean, had a clean CarFax and that it was fresh off a lease. Well it turns out the CarFax was NOT clean, and the car had been in a major wreck with a new (bad) clean CarFax and that it was fresh off a lease. Well it turns out the CarFax was NOT clean, and the car had been in a major wreck with a new (bad) paint job and body work. I'm now out thousands of dollars in value on my car. Don't take your chances with them - stay clear! More
I just wanted to write up my recent experience at Toyota of Kirkland. Hands down, it was the best experience at a car dealership that I've ever had. They were polite, accommodating, efficient, and informative. My sales contacts were Roger Carr and Stephanie Freer, both very helpful. Once we agreed upon a price, the paperwork was drawn up and I was so grateful they didn't try to hard sell any accessories or add-ons. They understood what I wanted and needed, and the signing went quickly. Stephanie also showed off their convenient web site where we scheduled my first service visit at the beginning of next year, which of course falls under the 2-year Toyota Maintenance plan which is another great benefit. Although the new car was brand new with only 6 miles on it, they took the time to wash it again until there wasn't a speck on it, inside or out. Roger gave me an excellent overview of the car's unique features and then drove the car to my own home several miles away. More
Roger Carr was very knowledgeable about the new Scion FR-S. He used a no pressure sales method (Because the car sells itself to enthusiasts like us) and we got the payment and deal exactly where I wanted FR-S. I was very upfront with Roger about my needs and he was very happy to try to work within my constraints. He didn't ever seem like he was going to try to push a higher price down my throat. The car is loads of fun to drive too. I would, and am recommending anyone who is interested in the FR-S in the Seattle Tacoma area come to Scion of Kirkland, even if it's a bit of a drive, it's totally worth it to have the experience I did.
