A five star experience from the first contact with my salesman Michael to the last contact. He went on and above to help me. I had alot of questions and he graciously answered every one of them. I forgo salesman Michael to the last contact. He went on and above to help me. I had alot of questions and he graciously answered every one of them. I forgot a couple of things in my old car and he was very helpful in getting those items to me. He even had someone come to my work to put my hitch for my bike tack on my new car. I just traded in my 18-year old Matrix, which i bought when this location was under Don Joseph, and it has been serviced solely at this location for I just traded in my 18-year old Matrix, which i bought when this location was under Don Joseph, and it has been serviced solely at this location for 10 years. I come back to this location because of the high quality of the service that I receive. Because of my great experiences with both my Matrix & the service dept, I purchased a new Corolla Cross Hybrid at this location today. In my 47 years of purchasing new cars, this was by far my very best experience, all thanks to my wonderful salesman, Tom Powers.He is truly the BEST! More
