This was my first visit to Ray Brandt Toyota. I was not told in advance that there would be a charge to look at my vehicle. I was charged close to $200 for diagnostics. The estimate that was given for the work was exorbitant and not justified. The rep was a poor communicator and failed to provide a thorough and accurate explanation of the issue. Why should I return to this business? More
I had to replace the sensor inside of my gas tank because of faulty readings I was getting. The job involved removing the gas tank , taking out the old sensor and putting in the new sensor. I call that just plain old greed. Shame on you. More
