Asked to get my oil changed at 5,000 miles like i always, since i bought my vehicle spanking brand new he said he'll just reset it instead to go to 10,000 miles..I did not like that! I plan on having this t since i bought my vehicle spanking brand new he said he'll just reset it instead to go to 10,000 miles..I did not like that! I plan on having this truck for a very long time.. And as everyone know , oil change and maintenance is very pertinent to that goal! Then,i made a claim for 2 of my tires which had side wall damage.. They replaced them but then the front passenger tire sensors were reading a low 23 psi. Brought it back and come to find out, the sensors weren't properly set. It was showing the front passenger when it was the rear! After the tire replacement, it wasn't reprogram. So now ALL my sensors aren't calibrated and i have to walk around my truck each time i get in to check to make sure they're inflated properly. What really made me angry, they had JUST replaced my tires and rotated them.. And a screw so they were pristine.. Before i pulled off, the sensors was still lit up on the dash, mind you this was before ALL were out of whack and unregisterable..A brand new shop screw was imbedded in one of the new tires i had replaced. They had just returned my vehicle when i caught it , he said, it could've happened in the parking lot after.. And i got charged $65! I know it did not happen in the parking lot!!! I spent too much time,a HUGE inconvenience, came out worse than i went in and my sensors still aren't set properly! I am not interested in returning to Ray Brandt,i did not feel like part of the Toyota family! I had more concerns but at this point, I'm uninterested in voicing them cause then it'll sound like I'm rambling. More
