Manufacturer difficult but sales team fantastic My salesman and the sales manager were terrific. My problem was that the manufacturer changed the specs on a vehicle that I had test driven. I wanted My salesman and the sales manager were terrific. My problem was that the manufacturer changed the specs on a vehicle that I had test driven. I wanted a different color, so the team ordered it. When it arrived, the wheel specs had changed in the two weeks I was waiting for the vehicle. So for a very similar price, they took away alloy wheels and replaced them with these cheap looking steel wheels that make the awesome truck look....well, cheap. The team did everything they could to rectify the situation, including getting running boards. I will now pay to have these ugly wheels replaced with something more fitting of this vehicle. But my salesman was terrific and I highly recommend him. More

This dealership lacks customer service skills The salesperson misrepresented the vehicle I purchased by ensuring me the vehicle had the same accessories as the vehicle I traded. Only to discover The salesperson misrepresented the vehicle I purchased by ensuring me the vehicle had the same accessories as the vehicle I traded. Only to discover the following day the new vehicle does not have a GPS which the vehicle I traded did. Yes I returned the very next day. When I brought the discrepancy to one of Toyota Ray Brandt employees, I was told since I "ECO" signed the contract the dealership has already received payment for the vehicle from the bank. I was told that only the General Mgr. could override this sale, buy the vehicle I have back and sale me another car. So far I have not heard a word from the dealership. Some service this is the fourth Toyota I have purchased from this dealer you would think they would try to satisfy a good customer. The GM avoided me when I was at the dealership he sent some guy to tell me about the ECO sign thing as if that was helpful. More
