My car was brought in 9/26/23 for paint recall. Estimated 10 days. After three weeks, 10/17/23 I called to check, I was put on hold and disconnected. Finally connected and waited for call back. None.I called again, on hold and disconnect again. Again waited for a call back. I was informed I could pick up my vehicle the next day after it was washed. I went the next afternoon to find it waiting and unwashed and dirt on it for about a week or two. Also over spray on every glass on it. The driver's inner door panel is loose and pain on the running boards and tires. I asked for a manager and was informed there wasn't one. Come back next Tuesday to speak to one. I expected more from a dealer body shop. I AM NO HAPPY! More
