On my last oil change, the technician left the battery loose, didn't top off the antifreeze, windshield liquid tank, even when they check it done on t On my last oil change, the technician left the battery loose, didn't top off the antifreeze, windshield liquid tank, even when they check it done on the list. They brought me the air and cabin air filters to me and told me they needed to be replace without asking me first if I wanted to do it. I stopped going to another dealer for the same reasons and now I will stop taking my vehicle to Ray Brandt and I will not recommend them to my friends or family. More

Now that I've purchased, I still have to visit the dealership for my free inspections and maintenance, but every time I walk into the building, even after purchasing my new car this summer, two people go out of their way to say hello to me and let me know they still care and that is my salesperson, who I adore, Nikko Dana, and my financial adviser, Woody. Both are real mean, not salespeople, and they are kind and caring individuals. I will.forevermore be a customer and I will advise everyone to do the same. I also now have the pleasure of dealing with Sheila in the service department, and she is effective, efficient, and she is exceptional too. The while dealership is on the ball!! Kuddos! More
