I have not wanted anything to do with Toyota since I purchased the vehicle from the Lakeside location because of a very misleading sales team and poor management on their end. I’m very pleasantly surprised that Sheila could turn my negativity into a positive so easily. With fulfilling service and getting to the heart of my problem my turn around was very quick and no hassle for an experience that has turned my “I want nothing to do with the company” into an actual positive vision. This does not extend to lakeside but I now understand better that Ray Brandt is in a totally different league. 10/10 will come again. Also was very surprised that the car was washed when I had come for just tire service. I was wowed by that. More

Maintenance Required and a bonus Brought my 2016 Prius in because I'd received the 'Maintenance Required' message on the display screen. Didn't have an appointment but was seen right away. Diagnostic tool showed the maintenance to be just a tire rotation. I was promised a quick turn around and decided to wait at the dealership. A few minutes later the service person informed me that he'd found an outstanding safety notice for my car and he asked if I wished to have it addressed. I agreed and was told the additional work would take about an hour and a half. At about the time expected I was told my car was ready, I paid for my tire rotation, received a description of all the work that was done, and drove away in a freshly washed car. More
