I know there are ways to save money but I'm just not up to the "bargaining" process. So we accepted the price Mr. El-Dosky offered us and eventually drove away in our new Rav4 (which we are enjoying tremendously). So I can't really speak to the "price" issue. Hany was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and personable. We enjoyed working with him. He made the experience as pleasant as that of buying a car can be. We appreciate his service, that of the financial officer and Customer Care Specialist (whose names I don't remember) unfortunately) and also the friendly greeting from the manager. More
