could use some improvement I brought my Camry in for it's first service. I had brought it in a few times already to have the tire sensor light checked since I had purchased it. The weather had been fluctuating and was told that was likely the problem and air was placed into the tires after the pressures were checked and I was sent along. On the day of my scheduled full service, the tire sensor light had come on again. After taking a seat in waiting, I was told that one of my tires actually had 2 nails in it and it could not be repaired, but had to be replaced at my cost of $150, which I was not happy about because I had brought the car in more than once prior to the scheduled service to have that checked. So I bought the new tire and got the other service completed, left the dealer and the tire sensor light was still on. I drove back around into the service area. I was told by the service leader that the tire was replaced, it was a new tire and my sensors were set on the dash so that I could see the PSI numbers myself of each tire. He said that it was fine and I also knew that after driving the sensor would eventually go off. The new tire stayed below 24 and the other tires were above 32 until I drove home. I got a call back on my cell as I was reaching my exit and it was Brandon telling me that he now knew the problem of the low tire pressure. The machine that was used to inflate didn't measure the pressure appropriately and all I needed to do was to come back to the dealer to have them inflate the tire appropriately. This was very inconvenient for me as well as having to purchase a brand new tire on a car that only has 5000 miles on it. I believe all of this could have been preventable. More

The hiccup was I realized I did not have a temporary license plate put on the car before I left. I texted Hunter, called him several hours later and was told I could pick it up from Woody. I did. However, I think something so important should be on someone's checklist before a customer leaves with a new vehicle. Otherwise, the whole purchase experience was great, and I will recommend you. More
