We went back to RBT because of the fair deals, service and quality product that we had recei This was the 3rd car we've bought from Ray Brandt Toyota. We went back to RBT because of the fair deals, service and quality product that we had received in the past. Through a terrible misunderstanding, the car we first brought home didn't have key features we needed. The staff, especially Abe Hassan worked to get us out of the fix we found ourselves in. Ultimately the car was taken back and credited for the car we wanted. Nothing but good to say about how the issue was resolved. We'll be back next time we shop for a new car. More
