I noticed an unusual rattling noise that periodically occurs on start-up of my car. Ray Brandt told me to bring it in asap. They checked-it out but did not hear the troubling sound. When I went back to pick-up the car there was no charge! That is why I said that "I was very pleased once again." My service expereince at Ray Brandit is typical of what I've encountered with them over the last five years and why I continue to take my car to them for routine maintenance and the occasional, but rare, mechanical problem. I highly recommenmd them. More
