Lack of Communication I set an Appointment with Doug, he wasn’t there. We waited for 20 mins. When he finally arrive he stated why didn’t anyone help you. Exceptional Service I recently came in regarding a Factory Warranty on my 2012 Prius. While my reservation was for early morning, I went the evening of the day before - I recently came in regarding a Factory Warranty on my 2012 Prius. While my reservation was for early morning, I went the evening of the day before - around 3:30 p.m. Harold LeBlanc was very accommodating - he said, "No problem." Took my Prius and within 45 minutes the car was ready. As ALWAYS.....professional, courteous, prompt, friendly. Maintenance of my car I brought my car in to obtain my 6 month maintenance. I saw Tim. When he checked my car he told me my problem was with the drive shaft & what it was g I brought my car in to obtain my 6 month maintenance. I saw Tim. When he checked my car he told me my problem was with the drive shaft & what it was going to cost to fix it. I then replied I had a warranty. He returned & said there wasn’t anything in the computer. I told him I would return Monday to see Harold. I brought in my warranty records, he rechecked my car & found a leaky water pump & fixed my car. I paid $100 deductible. He even rented a car for me so I didn’t have to wait. I’m glad Harold is employed there. He is an invaluable employee. More
