It has been awful. I am still waiting on a paint recall to be done since Dec 2022. Last week I called and spoke to Toyota and was given a case number. I had not heard back from anyone there since March 7, so I called back a few minutes ago. After being disconnected twice, I am told I will get a call back tomorrow from Ms Peice, who is handling my case. I certainly hope so. I have been a Toyota customer for SEVERAL years, but this experience has definitely changed my mind if I need to purchase another vehicle in the future. More

I went to Ray Brandt Toyota to purchase a car. Both Joe and Angie went over some of the options of the different cars. After Angie took me on a tour of the Corolla Cross I was sold. I was giving my 2021 Tacoma to my son and wanted a car that would be more manageable at my age. I purchased the 2024 Corolla Cross in a beautiful shade of blue.
