Deceptive Sales Practices and Concealment of Documents - Beware! I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this dealership, particularly with Sales Consultant Chad Legnon. He deliberately Beware! I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this dealership, particularly with Sales Consultant Chad Legnon. He deliberately concealed crucial documents during the purchase of our new 2024 RAV4 Hybrid Limited. The Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) document from Toyota and the Monroney Sticker were withheld to conceal the actual Price of the Vehicle leaving us with only one single document for the Vehicle pricing. We were quoted an inflated price of $54,372 for a vehicle with an SRP of $43,295 and $4500 charged extra for the Lease Trade making it total to around $58975. It wasn't until 53 days later, after the need for escalating the issue to higher authorities at Toyota, that the concealed MSRP document was emailed to us. Shockingly, it listed "Dealer-Added Equipment" valued at $1,695 and an additional "Fair Market Value" charge of $4,000—totally unjustified. Even worse, the Dealer-Added Equipment was never installed on our vehicle neither did we authorize it, shockingly these were hidden and we were never made aware of these charges before the purchase. This level of deception is inexcusable, and it’s concerning with such dishonest sales practices. To this day, we have still not received the Monroney Sticker, which is a legal requirement to be present in the Car when purchasing a new vehicle. I urge the dealership to address this matter immediately and provide a full refund of the concealed amount of $5,695 that was unjustly charged. I expect transparency, honesty, and a swift resolution from the dealership management. How they plan to regain our trust.? I also expect Chad Legnon to be held accountable for his role in this misconduct. More
